Box Office Numbers: Try and Stop Us

0

For the second week in a row, Captain America: The Winter Soldier takes the top spot at the box office raking in just over $41 million. Coming in at an extremely close second is Rio 2, with $39 million. It nearly took the whole weekend as it won on Friday, but Cap managed to squeak one out at the end.

Everything else in the top ten couldn’t survive against the two juggernauts, as Oculus, the third place film, took in $12 million. Nothing else broke $10 million. Hit the jump for the list of box office performances for the April 11-13 weekend.
