This brief trailer for Daniel Sousa‘s short film Feral gives us a glimpse into the world and story of the Oscar nominated animated short film. Feral follows the story of a young boy who is raised by a pack of wolves in the woods, only to be discovered by a hunter who captures him and forces him back into civilized society. The boy tries to cope with his new environment with the only skills he knows; that of a wild animal.
The animation style is striking, bold and sparse, with a restricted color pallet that serves to enhance the black-and-white dichotomy of wild vs. civil.
