By Ever since The Goon debuted at Comicon last year, nerds everywhere have had their pants in a dizzy. It looks absolutely fantastic doesn’t it? But details have been few and far between since the trailer’s premiere last summer. Fear not, friends! Producer David Fincher, in an interview with Ain’t It Cool News, gave a bit of an update on the project’s status.
“Animation that isn’t singing furry animals is hard. Especially something as outré as Eric Powell. And it’s his script!” said the director. The majority of the interview, however, is about The Social Network (do you really need another link to our review of it?). It’s a great interview, and people should definitely check it out.
