Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness gets a teaser for Christmas

Multiverse of Madness

After the incredible feat that was Spider-Man: No Way Home, we now look ahead to Doctor Strange’s next feature film, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. A teaser trailer was first shown after the credits of No Way Home and now Marvel has finally debuted it to the public. Check out our review on Spider-Man’s latest adventure.

The story seems to be continuing directly from the events that took place in No Way Home, as well as what Strange did in Endgame and Infinity War. Although the teaser isn’t very long, it sure reveals a lot. One of the most surprising things was the possibility of an alternate version of Doctor Strange. This variant is known as Strange Supreme and was introduced in the What If..? animated series that debuted this past summer.

It seems our Stephen Strange will come directly face to face with his evil variant self. Wanda Maximoff also makes her return from WandaVision. A glimpse of her new Scarlet Witch costume is also included. Whether or not she is the main villain remains to be seen. America Chavez, aka Miss America, finally debuts in the MCU as well. Although we have a bit of a wait before Multiverse of Madness hits theaters, you can be sure there will be more leaks and tons of fan speculation.

Doctor Strange: In the Multiverse of Madness hits theaters on May 6.
