Epic Pictures acquires the US rights to Butt Boy, a thriller about stuff disappearing up a dude’s butt

A butt-based thriller is squeezing toward release, and my undercarriage is clenched with excitement!

Epic Pictures has nabbed the US rights to Butt Boy, a film about a sober detective trying to solve a child’s mysterious disappearance, and he becomes suspicious that his own sponsor might be involved. Indeed, this man’s addiction may be much more sinister than the drink–and it may be causing objects, animals, and even people do disappear up his keister. Yay!

Directed by Tyler Cornac and defined as a “genre-defying thriller that tackles hard-hitting themes like addiction and toxic masculinity,” this booty-centric dark comedy might have a bit more cheek than we’d expect. No matter what though, I am a hundred percent down for this and would very much like to have it in front of my face immediately, thank you. Weird stuff is always the best stuff, and it doesn’t sound like you can get much weirder than this.

Epic plans to release Butt Boy to theaters, Blu-ray, and VOD sometime this April.
