First teaser trailer for Conjuring spin-off, Annabelle

Because I’m feeling far colder toward spin-offs and sequels lately, I still can’t believe this exists and is coming to theaters rather than home video. I know production of these films is always quick, but man it feels like it was announced just yesterday and now we’ve got a teaser trailer for it. Taking place before The Conjuring is Annabelle, where a puppet gets possessed and does creepy things I suppose. 

I’m sorry, none of this looks or sounds interesting. Maybe I’ll be wrong? I’ve been wrong about sequels lately, so there’s a good chance. We’ll see either way when Annabelle hits theaters October 3rd.
