By Cuban Fury may not have a domestic release date yet (only releasing in the UK for now), but that doesn’t make me want to see it any less. Nick Frost stars as a young salsa dance project who’s trying to get back in the groove in order to get the attention of the new boss he has a crush on, Rashida Jones.
Most of the trailer may be your standard romantic comedy fare, I’m hoping having Nick Frost in a starring role elevates the material beyond the “funny fat man” showcased here. At least it looks more charming than derogatory. Cuban Fury salsas into UK theaters Febraury 14th next year.
