We here the first trailer for Drive Hard, a new action comedy with Thomas Jane and John Cusack… and that’s about all I got. To be honest this one comes a bit out of the blue. You may think that this film already came out starring Nic Cage, but that was Drive Angry, which is definitely a different beast.
It’s hard to really get a bead on this, though I do like the fact that they completely reversed the roles for the two main actors. Usually Jane is the hardened badass and Cusack the lovable schlump, but this time around they seem to be taking on the opposite. That give it enough points to pique my interest. Hopefully the car chases make it worth the while.
