By I’ve got quite a fondness for the Kung Fu Panda series. It’s a competent cartoon that’s as funny as it is endearing. It’s also got some really good classic kung fu sensibility, and since that’s so rare these days, it’s nice to see it executed so well. So I’m glad they’re making a third film, which is something I don’t get to say often.
This first trailer introduces Bryan Cranston as Po’s dad and I laughed way harder than I should laugh at a trailer. Kung Fu Panda 3 opens January 29th and I can’t wait.
