Dolph Lundgren was that one action star that should’ve been as big as Stallone, Schwarzenegger, or Van Damme but just never took off for some reason. He starred in as many films as those three, he always gives 100% regardless of how terrible the project is, and he hasn’t aged as badly as those guys did.
Case in point, this first trailer for his latest action film, Skin Trade, stars Lundgren as a cop whose daughter is taken to Thailand by Ron Perlman and his secret sex ring. They he and Tony Jaa go and bust her out. So it’s basically the coolest part of Taken, but with someone who’s still physically imposing. Skin Trade kicks theaters asses May 8th.
