Butter Ya’Self was created by a bunch of people at CalArts, but specifically by Julian Petschek. The characters are all voiced by real musicians; Nana Splits’ vocals were by Jacob Gibson (a.k.a. C.U.B.), ButterKrust vocals and lyrics by Katrina Recto (a.k.a. Kat Knoc), and Sweet Cream was voiced by Petschek himself, a.k.a DJ Petroleum Jelly.
