Flix for Short: CodeHackerz

CodeHackerz, by Jonathan Franco, Matthew Levenstein, and Micheal Parks for the Univeristy of Central Florida’s Campus MovieFest, is a spoof of all of the terrible “computer hacking” in films from the late 90s-early 2000s. There’s not a lot of dialogue (and what’s present is deliciously cheesy), but everything about the short film makes it work. From its short run time (before the idea grows stale), its premise (two individuals have to delete a meteor), from its soundtrack, and finally to its fantastically twisted ending. You should give it a watch.
