Crater Face, by Skyler Page. What can I even say about this short except that I absolutely love everything about it. The animation is sparse but the styles and techniques Page employs here expertly convey emotion. The music in the short is by Dan Deacon, and it perfectly fits the poignant sci-fi story.
Though Page has some other videos online that I totally love too, Crater Face is really something special.
