Seed, brought to you by Tyson Wade Johnson, is about an astronaut in the distant future who is on a mission alone of some weird planet because humans have destroyed some planet named “Gaia.” Unfortunately because I now compare all spacetacular short films to a past Flix for Short involving astronauts, Grounded, which deals with the whole space thing unconventionally, Seed is lacking in some ares.
That isn’t to say that Seed is not spectacular. It’s visual aesthetic is really pleasing and reminicent of old pop space art and design. So give it a watch.
