Flix for Short: SNL’s Djesus Uncrossed

0

Over the weekend, Saturday Night Live did a great parody of Django Unchained and Quentin Tarantino movies in general. Behold Djesus Uncrossed, with Christoph Waltz as the Man (with No Name) of Galilee. I’m not going to give away any of the gags, so just watch the mayhem in the video above already.

Though Tarantino is already making retirement plans, he would like to do a third movie featuring rewritten history. He hasn’t yet decided what the capper would be to Inglorious Basterds and Django Unchained, however.

And on a sidenote related to Quentin Tarantino, people in NYC can see a weekend-long Pam Grier film retrospective from March 15-17. Grier herself will be in attendance at screenings of Jackie Brown, Coffy, and The Big Bird Cage, and will also have a discussion about her badass career.
