Gallery 1988 poster celebrates 100 years of Paramount

0

Paramount is celebrating its 100th birthday, which means Willard Scott gets to mention the studio’s name every year on The Today Show from here on out. (Do people even make that joke anymore? Does Willard Scott still do that? God, I feel old.)

Gallery 1988 was commissioned to create a poster that commemorates the studio’s centenary, and this is the result. It’s a fine bit of name-that-movie with an image and a year to help. (You may remember us mentioning Gallery 1988’s Bill Murray art show last year; ditto Paper Cuts, Olly Moss’s art show at Gallery 1988.)

I only missed 12 on my first go. See how well you can do. Check out the gallery for a large version of the poster.
