By On the heels of last year’s critically acclaimed period piece Darkest Hour, Gary Oldman is going to co-star alongside Amy Adams in the Joe Wright directed film, Woman in the Window.
The upcoming film is based on the novel of the same name by A.J. Finn. The book sold incredibly well, making the New York Times bestseller lists shortly after release. The book was a surprise hit, centering around a hermetic woman who loves to spy on her neighbors, until she witness a murder from the comfort of her apartment.
Both Adams and Oldman are gifted actors, each being nominated countless times for numerous Oscars. With such a wealth of acting talent attached to the project, Woman in the Window is on track to became a major hit when it releases next year on Oct. 4, 2019.
