Here’s the complete list of 2021 Golden Cage winners

Golden Cages 2020

Over the past week, we’ve been releasing our winners for the 2021 Golden Cages and now all awards have been given out. We’ve had some laughs, some tears, some digs at Jared Leto, and in general, given you, dear reader, a steady stream of excellent movies for you to watch. You would expect us to say that we wish we could have given every movie nominated an award, but sadly, we must be strict with our awards. Only the best of the best can win a Golden Cage. Any film that doesn’t have one is immediately inferior to the ones that do. That’s just plain science.

So as we wind this yearly tradition down and we begin to stew and mull over the 2022 crop of films, we can only hope that 2022 will be another excellent year of movies. So far it hasn’t been anything special, but that’ll be something to look back on in another 365 days. Until then, here is the complete list of the categories, nominees, and winners of the 2021 Golden Cages with links to each of their respective pieces.
