Ian McKellen and Judi Dench jump into zombie comedy

What do you think of when you think zombies? Older British people of course! No? Well, why the hell not? I mean we’ve got Pride and Prejudice and Zombies landing already and now word comes down that Judi Dench and Ian McKellen have signed up to star in another Victorian era zombie comedy called Curse of the Buxom Strumpet.

I actually have no idea what to say after revealing the most amazing movie name ever. I feel like I should pull a George Costanza and just leave the post because that was clearly its apex and I want you all to remember me fondly. I suppose some more details will have to suffice.

The film should begin shooting later this year, though IMDB claims that all of McKellan’s scenes have already be completed. Other stars in the film will include Gillian Anderson and Mark Williams while Matthew Butler directs. No word on if the film has any connection to Butler and McKellen’s previous zombie period piece collaboration E’gad, Zombies.

And I was worried about finishing on a high note.
