By Since last year’s Insidious was so successful, a sequel is no doubt in the minds of forward thinking film executives, right? Well, yes actually! However, the more interesting, and surprising, bit of news here is that the original film’s masterminds seem to be coming back.
In a recently released statement, Leigh Whannel will be returning to write the sequel, while James Wan is in talks to direct. Previously, Wan said that he wouldn’t do a sequel unles a really good idea came to him. Well, it seems that time is now. Ladies and gentlemen, invest in some adult diapers. We’re going to need ’em.
