Jackass 3.5(D?) to be distributed digitally and episodically

The winner of best movie ever for 2010 is Jackass 3. This is not my opinion. This is science and fact. You show me where in Lawrene of Arabia that a dude gets hit in the face with a slow-mo dildo, and I’ll show you a movie I was not paying attention to, apparently. Anyway, as with Jackass 2, the Jackass guys shot a crap-ton of footage, enough for a second movie. However, instead of releasing Jackass 3.5 straight to DVD, MTV is going to be releasing it in weekly segments starting in March as well as a DVD. There is no word on price or Blu-Ray availability.

I’m a big fan of digital distribution, so I’m optimistic here. If they charge nothing to very little per episode, I’m going to be a happy camper. If not, I’ll buy the Blu-Ray and use it to pleasure myself at the sight of Bam Margera in pain. I’ll leave that there while you ponder the possibilities of the third-and-a-half dimension.
