Just in time for Christmas: Die Hard as a children’s picture book

0

Summer is over, which means you can now fret about three things: 1) what you’re dressing up as for Halloween, 2) Thanksgiving dinner, and 3) the holidays. Here’s a gift idea that happens to be related to Die Hard, one of the best Christmas movies ever made: a children’s picture book version of Die Hard.

Comedian Doogie Horner and artist J.J. Harrison have collaborated on A Die Hard Christmas: The Illustrated Holiday Classic. The text of this illustrated children’s book takes its inspiration from “Twas the Night Before Christmas” and retells the plot of John McTiernan’s 1988 yuletide classic.

I know what my niece is getting for Hanukkah.

A Die Hard Christmas comes out October 17, 2017 from Insight Editions. Check out some pages from the book below. Yippee ki yay, Mister Falcon, and to all a good night.
