You know if I was going to market a movie that involved a flood and a bunch of animals on a boat I’d lead with the animals. However, Paramount seems to think that images of adorable little tigers or whatever won’t publicize the picture correctly and so instead has run with gorgeous shots of actor in dramatic settings. I suppose that’s good too, but I wanted to see some hippos marching onto an ark.
This is actually one of the first good looks we’ve been able to see of Aronofky’s Noah,though we’ve seen a few of these before. They’ve been pretty mum on the biblical project and only shown stuff off at a few religious conventions. It seems to have been well received there, but let’s get some love for the main stream here. Hopefully a full trailer lands soon.
