By Look, with a cast containing Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sam Worthington, Terrence Howard, Joe Manganiello and Josh Holloway you wouldn’t be making any major logic leaps to think that Sabotage was just another dumb action movie. Judging from the above new red band trailer, it’s definitely looking like it hits many key action move points like revenge, guns and explosions. But don’t be fooled because Sabotage is coming from the guy who wrote Training Day and wrote and directed End of Watch, David Ayer.
So, yea, Arnold probably isn’t going to be delivering a character as compelling as any of the ones in those movies, but that doesn’t mean it’s not going to be awesome. I’m slightly worried I’m pumping myself up a bit too much for this, but Ayer hasn’t let me down yet and I’m not sure Arnold ever really could.
