By It’s February already, the weather is garbage, and my feet are a little soggy from walking to City Hall on official business (I’m fancy like that). Overall, it’s a pretty miserable day, so how about some new releases to cheer us all up?
The most titillating titles out today are the sure-to-divide-the-fanbase Let Me In, the indie sci-fi hit Monsters, and A Simple Noodle Story, a Chinese remake of the very first Coen Brothers film, Blood Simple.
A handful of classics get the Blu-ray treatment this week, including Boys Don’t Cry, Pleasantville, and Wes Craven’s classic grindhouse debut film, Last House On the Left.
On the other end of the spectrum? Mean Girls 2 and Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2.Ugh.
