By Did you guys see Horrible Bosses? It was pretty good. It had Jennifer Aniston in her sexiest role in a long time, which is good, ’cause she’s getting up there. Better make use of what you’ve got. If you haven’t seen Horrible Bosses, or wish to see it again, today is a good day for you. You can take home Jennifer Aniston fellating assorted foods in her lingerie and wearing nothing but a lab coat in both standard and high definition. Up to ten hundred and eighty whole p’s of Rachel from Friends dry-humping Charlie Day are yours to own.
For those of you who haven’t already dashed out to pick up Horrible Bosses and some paper towels, other stuff came out this week too! Granted, there’s not too much of note, aside from the incredibly divisive The Tree of Life and Friday’s release of Green Lantern, but I fear that if I dwell on the latter for too long, the nerd rage vein in my head (and likely Alex’s) will explode. Beautiful Boy, Judy Moody and the Not Bummer Summer, and Zookeeper round out the bigger releases. Tangent: I could’ve sworn it was THE Zookeeper, not just Zookeeper. To me, Zookeeper brings to mind a horror film about a deranged zookeeper who, driven mad by his wife’s infidelities, begins to feed people to the animals at the zoo under the cover of night. I’m pretty sure that’s just The Dentist, starring Psych’s Corbin Bernsen, with zoo animals instead of dental tools, but I’d watch it. /tangent
As far as the lesser releases go, The Trip and Terri both sound great and I will be totally be checking those out, Criterion just released the 1915 silent film The Four Feathers for all you artsy-fartsy types, and Lunopolis sounds insane enough to look into.
