New trailer for Brick Mansions featuring Paul Walker

I feel conflicted about Brick Mansions. On the one hand, it’s one of the last whole performance of the late (and great) Paul Walker (RIP BUDDY) and also stars RZA! But on the other hand, Brick Mansions is a movie who’s titular setting is an urban ghetto, complete with an armed wall around it,  made up of brick high-rise apartments, overrun by drug dealers-turned-terrorists who are pretty much entirely played by Black actors while the White military guys are sent in to take control of the situation…

If you can get past the queasy racist overtones, Brick Mansions seems like a decent enough action flick. Plus, Paul Walker. Do you want me to say it again? Slower? P-A-U-L W-A-L-K-E-R. Brick Mansions will come to theaters on April 25th, 2014.
