So I had to find out about this teaser from my mom. Premiering during last night’s Scandal on ABC, my mother felt the need to contact me to ask if I had any more info on it. While I don’t want to see my mother that way (as I’m hoping a lot of you will sympathize), at least some kind of erotica has made in to the mainstream instead of delegated to grocery store checkout lanes.
Jamie Dornan may not be showing off his Henry Winkler as Christian Grey, but I’m sure there’s going to be plenty of sexy times in Fifty Shades of Grey (I’m guessing at least 50). It may lack the horror tinge and the oomph brought out by Beyonce’s re-rendition of “Crazy in Love” from the teaser, but there’s more for fans to chew. Fifty Shades of Grey releases Valentine’s Day next year.
