OMG the worm from Labyrinth! In toy form!

0

You know what cracks me up? This:

-Allo!
-Did you just say “Hello”?
-No, I said “Allo”!

Every time. For my friends who have to listen to me repeat the lines to myself and laugh, mmm not so much. As I have made known in the past, I am big fan of the puppet/live-action masterpiece,
Labyrinth
, made possible by the rock star collaboration of Jim Henson and David Bowie. The scene above occurs early on in Sarah’s (Jennifer Connolly) journey through the titular maze, the talking worm being the first of many hints that this new world she’s entered is a fantastic one. The worm doesn’t have a name, but he is one of the most memorable characters in the Labyrinth universe. I, for one, would be pleased as punch to own a plush reproduction of the little guy, even if it means he’s not so little anymore. More details after the break.
