By The handsomest action star to ever grace the silver screen is joining the awesome cast of Star Trek 2. That’s right folks, Peter Weller will be in a Star Trek movie. In true J.J. Abrams fashion, Weller’s role in the movie is being kept tight lipped at the moment. Also joining him will be Benicio Del Toro and Alice Eve, as well as the previous cast of good looking people.
As I’m not that big of a Trekkie, I have no idea what role Weller would be best suited for. And that’s assuming he’s not playing an entirely new character in the franchise. Let the speculation commence! Honestly, I’m pulling for a Buckaroo Banzai appearance. Think about it, Star Trek and Buckaroo Banzai would make an amazing crossover. Try and fight me on it!
