Play the videogame Fix-It Felix Jr. from Wreck-It Ralph

Last week the trailer for Wreck-It Ralph debuted, and the film looks like a lot of fun — kinda like Videogame Story, if you will. Ralph (voiced by John C. Reilly) is the villain of a fictional arcade game called Fix-It Felix Jr. Fed up with being a bad guy, he traverses the world of retro games and dark modern gaming in hopes of being a hero for once. (Maybe Ralph could hang out with Gomez from Fez or The Kid from I Wanna Be the Guy.)

But here’s another recent bit of awesome marketing for the film: you can play Fix-It Felix Jr. online.

The gameplay is simple: move around the building, fix windows with your hammer, dodge bricks and ducks, collect pies, repeat. (You can’t get Old Boy on the ducks. Believe me, I’ve tried.) The boards increase in challenge as you ascend the tower of doom, and the pies get tastier and tastier. Though much simpler in design than Donkey Kong or Popeye, it still evokes some of that quaint, old-school arcade charm.

Grab your Billy Mitchell hot sauce and give it a whirl by hitting the link above or the official website link below. (As of this writing, there is no word on a playable version of Fix-It Felix Jr. Math.)
