First, this is really NSFW. Like… really.
Second, “No Sesame. All Street.” has got to be one of the best taglines I’ve seen in a long while.
Third, I know I shouldn’t find the end of this trailer as funny as I do, but I could not stop laughing.
Fourth, The Happytime Murders is directed by Brian Henson, Jim Henson’s son, and looks like some sort of cathartic release of pent up paternal resentment that skewers everything The Muppets are, including over stuffing your film with cameos.
Fifth, I really hope the movie’s jokes aren’t entirely based on the fact that there are puppets doing adult things. That can work, but it can get old fast.
