Review: Horns

I’m in love with Daniel Radcliffe’s post-Potter career trajectory. He’s in this experimental phase that’s leading him to all sorts of great projects and, with each film, a little more of his acting prowess is revealed. It’s gotten to the point where I’m suddenly interested in a film if Radcliffe is involved. Which leads us to his currently released project, Horns.

Horns has all the makings of a great film: Daniel Radcliffe with horns, director Alexandre Aja has some interesting horror films under his belt (Piranha 3D and The Hills Have Eyes), and the cast is certainly well put together. But what we’re left with is a film that could’ve used sharper horns.
