By See that up in the header? That’s the new ED-209 from José Padilha’s upcoming Robocop remake. I likey. We’re given this image from the new OCP themselves: OmniCorp. You can see their full line of products, including the new XT-908 flying machine thingle, on their website. And while you’re there, check out the little video they have for a great tease of the RC-2000 project.
Now, Robocop’s new armor won’t be shown for a few weeks at least, we do have some quick glances of what looks to be his arm and shoulder. In keeping with the theme of sleek modernism with ED-209 and the XT-908, we can safely assume that this new Robocop will be sleek, chrome, and black. I could be alright with this design decision, but I’m holding off until I see his helmet.
