RZA takes on two more film projects

It looks like The Man with the Iron Fists just wasn’t enough to scratch that film making itch for RZA. Looks like he’s already lining up his next two movies, and yes I said two. The man must have really enjoyed sitting in that director’s chair.

The next on his list of epic movies that need to be made is the long-standing Ghengis Khan biopic written by John Milius, and for those who need a refresher, Khan was the crazy bad-ass Mongol ruler that conquered much of the civilized world in the 13th century, and is a dude that definitely needs to have a movie made about him. The other project is a crime film titled No Man’s Land and involves a filched diamond, the thief that stole it, and a sexy dancer who find themselves in some hot water. The movie takes place over the course of a single night and has been described as having elements of The Warriors, so one could assume it’s probably right up RZA’s alley.

I’m pretty eager to see The Man with the Iron Fists, and assuming it doesn’t disappoint — and I’m pretty sure it won’t — I would love to see more from this budding director.
