By I didn’t want to post this teaser video, but it just refuses to die. After it failed to meet its holiday 2010 release date target, I thought we would get lucky and they’d pull the plug on this project. Then during the previews before Tangled it popped up again with a Summer 2011 release date.
If you’re a Smurfs fan, at least you can find comfort in the fact that one of the original Smurfs writers is working on this 3D CGI film, though it’s hard to overlook that the director is the guy who brought us Home Alone 3 and Beverly Hills Chihuahua.
