The Crow remake loses its lead, Jack Huston

Man, am I getting tired of writing articles about The Crow remake hitting a snag, but every time we think we’re finally on our way we once again run into a problem. Jack Huston, the guy who was tapped to play the title character, has dropped out leaving the film without a star. It appears that scheduling issues got in the way.

This is far from the worst set back the remake has seen. Corin Hardy is still set to direct and news has broken that Forest Whitaker is in talks for a role so the movie seems to still be rolling forward. The loss of Huston seems to be pretty minor, but still — can anything go right for this movie?

Are there any actors left you’d even want to cast?
