I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Zack Snyder sucks. His writing always sucks, and his direction is entirely mediocre, with his action direction sliiightly better than the rest. So that’s one thing this new trailer for Sucker Punch has going for it. There’s no insipid dialogue about hidden things to find, no crappy dialogue delivered woodenly. It’s just flash, flash, flash. Also, the constant theme of pouty-lipped, vulnerable-looking girls hefting giant death-phalluses should not be lost. Zack Snyder may have some issues with women, or at least some very specific desires.
I’m going to wind up seeing this movie for you bastards. I hope you all choke.
