Trailer: Cave of Forgotten Dreams

0

Werner Herzog is one of my favorite directors today, and his documentaries are a large reason why. Encounters at the End of the World, his look at the people living and working in Antarctica, is nothing short of beautiful. He looks like he’s about to one-up himself in Cave of Forgotten Dreams, a 3-D documentary about some of the earliest surviving cave paintings.

The film, which played last year at the Toronto International Film Festival, is slated for release this spring.
