Alfonso Cuarón, also known as one of the greatest directors of all time, is finally getting closer to (arguable) mainstream success with Gravity. A film set in the vast emptiness of space as George Clooney and Sandra Bullock (two very distinguished faces) are detached from their ship and are stuck floating through the unknown.
While the teaser is short, it is f**king gorgeous. The numerous delays will be worth it if the entire film can keep up this momentum. Also, this is probably going to be one of the few films that I’d only see in IMAX. I’m also in it just for the 17 minute long opener. Gravity drifts into theaters October 19.
