Following up on the first trailer released a couple of months ago is the latest trailer for Genndy Tartakovsky’s Hotel Transylvania. This new trailer goes more in-depth, introducing the human character (Andy Samberg) and the unlikely, budding relationship between him and Dracula’s (Adam Sandler) daughter, Mavis (Selena Gomez). The second trailer definitely shapes the type of humor expected, which does seem a bit tame and too kid-friendly, but there are a few moments where it flits with adult humor. Plus, it’s Tartakovsky, the man that brought us Powerpuff Girls and Samurai Jack, so I’m sure there’ll be something in there for us that don’t eat our boogers.
