Trailer: Ice Age 4: Continental Drift

You know I was a fan if the Ice Age movies. OK, Ice Age movie. But the second one was actually pretty enjoyable even if I never expected them to launch a franchise out of the first. The third one is where things started to get a bit worrisome. See, you can only pretend that a bunch of extinct animals who would normally have nothing to do with each other survive so long. I mean the earth shattering (literally in the newest films case) events are just not something a single group of friends could have lived through.

I suppose children don’t care that much about accurate historical representations of animal life and major changes in the planet, though. Maybe it’s just bothering me that the characters would need to be thousands of years old by now to live through all these things.

Well, if that doesn’t bother you than enjoy the new trailer. Looks like the last movie, but with pirates. Cause, you know, pirates are sooo trendy.
