By Not going to lie, when I saw this in the tips box, I thought it was going to be some kick-ass grindhouse-esque flick about a preacher that needed to tend to his flock…with a machine gun. What we have though, is the true story of Sam Childers, who dedicated his life to helping out kids in the Sudan region of Africa. And you know what? This looks like a solid movie. Typical inspirational message kinda thing, yeah. But Marc Foster hasn’t made an awful movie yet.
What do you guys think? Does Gerrard Butler have what it takes to help out kids in need? Or would he be better off staring in a B-movie where he’s a murdering preacher?
