By Michelle Williams stuns in this new trailer for the upcoming My Week With Marilyn, which centers around Marilyn Monroe’s stint in England doing a play called “The Prince and the Showgirl.” Fitting, right? During the play, Monroe begins having emotional difficulties and a romance develops between her and a young British assistant named Colin Clark.
However, as the official press release for the movie states, (spoilers?) “one week of honesty and fun was not enough to save the doomed star from self-destruction.” I kinda can’t wait to see this. Williams looks like she’s giving such an awesome performance, it might be a movie that Monroe fans do not want to miss.
