Trailer: Our Idiot Brother

0

What a difference a trailer makes. I was right with Andres when I watched the first trailer for Our Idiot Brother. It looked like a bad stoner film trying to play it cool under a heart of gold. However, this second trailer presents it in a far better light. Yea, the stoner jokes are still there and there is definitely that heart of gold, but the trailer’s new emphasis on Rudd being charming and naive has endeared me to the film far more.

It also actually looks funny this time around, and with its stellar cast of female leads I’m growing more and more confident in the movie’s quality. It doesn’t hurt that the film has generated mostly positive buzz after it debuted at Sundance this year.

Anyone else now on board with ol’ beardy-face Paul Rudd?
