Starring Michael Gambon, Maggie Smith, Pauline Collins, Tom Courtenay and Billy Connolly, Quartet is set in an English retirement home for retired opera singers.
When a diva named Jean (Smith) shows up, the equilibrium of the home is set off-balance, and cute-old-peopleness ensues. Quartet is set to come out later in 2012, but doesn’t have an official release date yet.
