By I’m very interested in Retreat. It’s like they’re going for a post-apocalyptic movie without actually bothering with the whole apocalypse thing, because that stuff’s a bummer, man. Anyway, Retreat follows a couple in a cabin on a deserted island, trying to get some alone time to save their marriage, when a crazy, bloodied man shows up claiming disease has ravaged the rest of the world. Needless to say, things get a little crazy.
I’ll watch Cillian Murphy in anything, so the fact that this movie actually looks pretty cool is just icing on the cake! Retreat opens October 21st in the US and October 14th in the UK.
