Snitch is the next vehicle for Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s film career, and it looks like it has potential. Johnson stars as a construction worker working undercover for the DEA in order to get his son released from prison after being set up for a drug arrest. As the trailer indicates, it appears that Johnson is tugged and pulled by both the underground drug industry and by the government, yet he wants nothing more than to protect his son from a lengthy prison sentence. The film also stars Susan Sarandon (Cloud Atlas) and Jon Bernthal (The Walking Dead).
Snitch will hit theaters on February 22nd.
