Remember earlier this morning when I mentioned generic titles? Well it can’t get more generic than The Conspiracy. The Conspiracy is the latest in a long line of found footage “documentaries” which catalogs the tale of two filmmakers searching for a conspiracy theorist who has mysteriously disappeared. I think this could’ve gone further.
Maybe like we’re being run by this secret organization of conspiracy theorists who flood the world with dumb ideas so we don’t follow their trail, man? Like what if we all lived in a dream, man? You know those cookies you like to eat? Those are just small nanobots wired to make you like movies like this, man. You know what all of this is? It’s the Man trying to bring us all down with their rules, their Chuck Berry, and their transistor radios, man.
