Trailer: The Counselor starring Fassbender, Pitt, Bardem

In The Counselor, Michael Fassbender stars as a lawyer who finds himself in way over his head when he gets involved with the dangerous world of drug trafficking. Judging from this trailer, things go awry pretty badly, and Fassbender’s trafficking cohorts, played by Brad Pitt and Javier Bardem, seem likely to try to cut their losses. Cameron Diaz also shines in this trailer as a steely, leopard print-clad vixen.

The Counselor definitely has a solid cast, hopefully the story will be there to back it up as the script was written by Cormac McCarthy, famous for, among many other things, writing No Country for Old Men. The Counselor will hit theaters October 25th, 2013.
